KFR is owned by Amy Camacho and Leslie Jordan, and opened in 2012. Our mission is to provide our clients with the tools necessary to reach their fitness goals. We do this by focusing on nutrition, movement, and ongoing support. Being a health based program means that we focus on the food we eat and movements today to make our bodies stronger tomorrow. The best part is that all our Kaia girls receive personal training in a group environment. By "group", we mean the women you come in to work out with every day. Our "tribe" is the most supportive "group" out there! The support you receive from these like-minded women is what helps make our program so successful. Who doesn't want to workout with their friends everyday and participate in fun events together? By now, most people know that nutrition is a key factor in maintaining good health. It's important to pay attention to what we are fueling our bodies with. It is just as important to have good support and advice when making changes in our diet. The changes we make to our nutrition should be progressive, so that it can be sustained, then the likely hood of rebound lessens. We absolutely love the varied workouts and you will, too! Our workouts are always different and involve muscle confusion, which keeps your body guessing. They consist of functional movement training exercises which correlate to real life biomechanics.
